Ok! Here it is, your Valentines Day workout! First, do each exercise that spells your full name (lucky you with the long last name!). Once you have that done, grab some water and then spell out “I LOVE WHO I AM!”.

This is supposed to be a fun and challenging workout! Love who you are, love what you have become and love those around you!
