Here it is! So much fun. I did it this morning and WHOA. It will make you sweat and if it doesn’t, well….we need to talk.
Do each exercise 30x. That’s 30 exercises and 30 reps. Once through. Try not to take any breaks and just punch through! These are all body weight exercises so make sure you are thinking about your posture. If you have a mirror, even better. See something you don’t know? Just google it. Eventually I’ll have a wide of every exercise to show you 😀
